Ingredients
  

Seafood and Vegetables
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound small red potatoes halved
  • 2 ears corn cut into thirds
  • 1 pound smoked sausage sliced
Spices
  • 4 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 4 cloves garlic smashed
  • 2 liters water

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the halved potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced sausage and corn, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve
  1. Drain the pot using a colander and transfer the shrimp boil to a serving platter.
  2. Serve hot with additional lemon wedges and Old Bay seasoning on the side.
