Method
Marinate Chicken
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook Chicken
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
Add Vegetables
- Add cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Serve
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
