Ingredients
  

Beef and Vegetables
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper sliced
Cheese and Bread
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
Condiments
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Slice the ribeye steak, onion, and green bell pepper.
Cook the Vegetables
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Cook the Beef
  1. Add the sliced ribeye steak to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Melt the Cheese
  1. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of the beef and vegetable mixture. Cover the skillet to melt the cheese, about 2 minutes.
Assemble the Sandwiches
  1. Spoon the beef and cheese mixture into each hoagie roll. Serve immediately.

Notes
