  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
Dressing Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, julienned carrots, red onion, and chopped cilantro.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
Combine and Serve
