Ingredients

Creamy Spiced Oat Base (100% Halal Wholesome)
  • 2 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats Certified gluten-free if needed; do not use instant quick oats
  • 2 tablespoon Black chia seeds For thick pudding texture and healthy omega-3s
  • 2 cups Whole milk or almond milk Oat milk or soy milk also work wonderfully
  • ¾ cup Plain whole milk Greek yogurt For signature thick creaminess and protein
  • 3 tablespoon Pure grade A maple syrup Authentic amber maple sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ceylon cinnamon Warm bakery spice
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract Halal alcohol-free vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon Fine sea salt To balance warm maple sweetness
Warm Caramelized Apple & Pecan Topping
  • 2 medium Honeycrisp or Fuji apples Cored and finely diced into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter Or virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Dark brown sugar Or pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Raw pecan halves Toasted and roughly chopped

Method

Preparation & Assembly
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and fine sea salt until evenly distributed.
  2. Pour in the whole milk, Greek yogurt, pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk thoroughly until the Greek yogurt is fully incorporated and the batter is smooth with no clumps.
  3. Divide the creamy oat mixture evenly among 4 wide-mouth glass mason jars (8 oz or 12 oz capacity). Secure the lids tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours, or overnight.
  4. To prepare the caramelized apple topping: melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the diced Honeycrisp apples, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Sauté for 5 to 6 minutes until the apples are tender-crisp and coated in a glossy caramel glaze. Let cool completely.
  5. In a dry pan over medium-low heat, gently toast the chopped pecans for 2 to 3 minutes until aromatic and golden.
  6. In the morning, unseal your overnight oats jar. Crown with generous spoonfuls of the spiced caramelized apples, toasted crunchy pecans, and an extra drizzle of pure maple syrup. Serve chilled or microwave for 45 seconds to enjoy warm!
