Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 500 grams Beef (ribeye or sirloin) Thinly sliced for Korean BBQ
  • 200 grams Kimchi Fermented napa cabbage
  • 2 cups Cooked rice For serving with bibimbap
  • 1 cup Vegetables (spinach, carrots, zucchini) For bibimbap toppings
Marinade
  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce For beef marinade
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil For flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar To balance flavors
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Minced
Garnishes
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds To sprinkle on top
  • 2 stalks Green onions Chopped for garnish

Method
 

Marinate the Beef
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Blanch the spinach and sauté the carrots and zucchini in a wok until tender. Set aside.
Cook the Beef
  1. Preheat the grill. Grill the marinated beef slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
Assemble Bibimbap
  1. In a bowl, place a serving of rice, top with grilled beef, sautéed vegetables, and kimchi. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
