Instructions
- Mince the ginger and garlic; place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- Add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the slow cooker.
- Pour in chicken broth until ingredients are submerged.
- Set slow cooker to low heat for 6 hours (or high for 4 hours).
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; set aside when done.
- Shred cooked chicken using two forks and combine with broth.
- Serve noodles in bowls topped with shredded chicken, broth, green onions, and soft-boiled eggs.
