Instructions

- Grill corn until slightly charred (about 5 minutes), then cut off kernels.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, grilled corn, diced red onion, lime juice, and crema/sour cream. Mix well.
- Top the rice mixture with sliced chicken and drizzle with extra crema before serving.
