- 1 tbsp brown sugar

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Chop broccoli into small florets; mince garlic and grate ginger.
- 2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- 3. Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned (5-7 minutes), breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.
- 4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the cooked beef.
- 5. Stir in broccoli and cook until tender yet vibrant (about 5 minutes).
- 6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
