Instructions

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Add the sliced beef in batches and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until browned but not fully cooked. Remove from pan.
  5. In the same pan, add broccoli florets and minced garlic; stir-fry for about 3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  6. Return the beef to the pan with broccoli; pour in the prepared sauce and cook for another minute or two until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
