- 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp canola oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing and chopping the vegetables and slicing the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat canola oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauté until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- Add minced garlic, followed by cabbage, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the cabbage wilts but remains crunchy.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Pour over the stir-fry and toss to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes to meld flavors. Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.
