Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix in melted butter, then stir in eggs until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture—be careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in chopped nuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool before slicing.
