Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix in the sour cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60–70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
