Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground lamb or beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed. Add chopped onions and minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in diced carrots, peas, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Simmer for about 5 minutes until veggies soften slightly.
- Spread the meat mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with creamy mashed potatoes, smoothing them out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and crispy. Let cool slightly before serving.
