Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and tools, including a large mixing bowl and parchment paper.
- In the mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey (or corn syrup), and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Gently fold in Rice Krispies until each piece is coated with the peanut butter mixture.
- Roll small portions into bite-sized balls using your palms.
- Place the balls on parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- If desired, melt chocolate chips and dip each ball halfway before returning them to the parchment paper to set.
