Instructions

- Stir in minced garlic, diced carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions (about 3 minutes), until they float.
- Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and spinach. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan if desired.
