Instructions
- Gather all ingredients; chop green onions, mince garlic and ginger.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for about 5 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Reduce heat to medium; add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in soy sauce and brown sugar; stir well and let simmer for 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Serve by spooning cooked rice into bowls, topping with the savory beef mixture, and garnishing with green onions.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving hot.
