Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, and jalapenos.
- Grill the chicken for about 7 minutes per side while basting with the sauce or bake in a greased dish for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
- In the last five minutes of cooking, top each chicken breast with sliced peaches.
- Serve hot, drizzled with remaining sauce and garnished with cilantro if desired.
