Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut chicken breasts into strips about one inch wide; season with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station: whisk eggs in one bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper in another, and place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip into eggs, then coat with panko. Arrange on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in garlic powder and hot honey until combined.
- Drizzle sauce over baked tenders before serving.
