Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
- Brush half of the glaze over the salmon fillets, reserving the rest for later.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle the remaining glaze over the salmon before serving. Garnish with lemon slices or green onions if desired.
