- 4 (6 oz) Fresh Salmon Fillets
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Chopped Green Onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking dish by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish and pour half of the honey glaze over them. Let marinate while the oven heats.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, basting with leftover glaze halfway through.
- Serve garnished with chopped green onions and any remaining sauce.
