Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined.
- Slice each Hawaiian roll in half.
- Dip each half into the custard mixture for about 15 seconds per side to soak.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Add soaked rolls cut-side down and cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
- Serve warm topped with syrup and optional toppings like powdered sugar or fresh fruit.
