- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (toasted)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (for frosting)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper and coat it with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter until frothy. Gradually mix into dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly; bake for 12-15 minutes until springy.
- While cooling, whip heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form; fold in pecans.
- Once cooled, flip the cake onto a powdered sugar-dusted towel, spread filling, and roll tightly using the towel.
