Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, garlic powder, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well using your hands until fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top; turn halfway through for even cooking.
- Let cool slightly before serving over pasta or in subs with your favorite sauce.
