Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Make a well in the center of the dry mix; pour in buttermilk and melted butter. Gently combine until just mixed.
- Transfer dough to a floured surface, knead briefly to form a round loaf.
- Score an 'X' on top of the loaf with a sharp knife.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
Notes
