- 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into 1-inch strips.
- Wrap each strip around cannoli molds, overlapping slightly. Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown; cool completely before removing from molds.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Fold in mascarpone and vanilla until combined.
- Fill cooled pastry tubes with the cream mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
