Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 2 cups cooked Mexican rice
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ¼ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Prepare Mexican rice according to package instructions; set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water as directed on the packet; simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for about 1 minute per side.
- Assemble burritos by placing beef mixture, rice, nacho cheese sauce, and sour cream onto each tortilla.
- Roll tightly and serve hot, optionally with extra nacho cheese sauce for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, add beans or chopped vegetables to the filling.
Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier twist.
Leftover burritos can be frozen for up to three months.
