Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

- Add diced bell peppers and onions; stir-fry until softened.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, and cornstarch; pour over chicken and vegetables.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles; garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
Notes
