- Jumbo pasta shells
- Lean ground beef
- Marinara sauce
- Ricotta cheese
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; mix in Italian seasoning. Combine cooked beef with ricotta and half of the mozzarella.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Fill each shell with the beef mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish; arrange filled shells seam side up and cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover for the last 5 minutes to melt cheese.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

Feel free to customize by adding vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the filling.
