Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Transfer the browned beef to your slow cooker; add chopped potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic.
- Pour in the beef broth and add diced tomatoes along with all seasonings; stir gently.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until vegetables are tender.
- Taste before serving and adjust seasoning as necessary.
