Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat and drain excess fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; fold in half the mozzarella.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half the spaghetti, half the meat sauce, the cheese mixture, remaining spaghetti, and top with remaining meat sauce and mozzarella.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
