Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and lime juice.
- Place cod fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them; marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Arrange marinated cod in the baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until flaky.
- Baste halfway through baking with extra marinade for added moisture.
- Serve warm with rice or vegetables.
