Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and brown sugar until combined.
- Place chicken in the crock pot and pour the sauce over it; toss gently to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- For a thicker sauce, remove some liquid, mix with cornstarch, and return to the crock pot on high for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.
