Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour or breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, almond flour or breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place on the baking sheet about an inch apart.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
For added flavor, customize your sausage by using spicy varieties or adding hot sauce.
Pair with ranch dressing or honey mustard for dipping.
To make ahead, prepare the mixture a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator before baking.
