Instructions
- Slice the beef and onions; mince the garlic and ginger.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch slurry, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with oil.
- Sear the beef for about 2 minutes on each side until browned.
- Add onions and stir-fry until translucent.
- Pour in the sauce and stir until thickened (about 1 minute).
- Serve over rice or noodles.
