- 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Fresh bell peppers (red, green, yellow)

Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Slice bell peppers, mince garlic, grate ginger, and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate chicken: Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and half of the black pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with one tablespoon of oil.
- Cook the chicken: Add marinated chicken to the skillet in one layer. Cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown; flip to cook through.
- Add vegetables: Stir in sliced bell peppers and cook for another 3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Finish with sauce: Mix remaining soy sauce with cornstarch dissolved in water; pour over the stir-fry mixture along with additional black pepper. Stir until the sauce thickens.
