Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix in the granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack for complete cooling.
