Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook jumbo pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown ground meat over medium heat; drain fat and stir in taco seasoning.
- Combine cooked meat with cream cheese and half of the shredded cheddar.
- Stuff each shell with the mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
- Top with salsa and remaining cheddar cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
