- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for about 4 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add bell peppers, red onion, and garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Assemble bowls by layering cooked rice first, then sliced steak and sautéed veggies.
- Top with sour cream and avocado before serving.
