- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions
- Dice the chicken and mince the garlic.
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, chicken broth, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour half the sauce over it.
- Add broccoli on top of the chicken and drizzle remaining sauce over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
