Ingredients
- 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons miso paste (white or yellow)
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Cooking spray for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Transfer marinated chicken to the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest before slicing and serve hot.
