Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add garlic and sauté for one minute. Stir in honey and lime juice.
- Place salmon fillets in the baking dish, season with salt and pepper, then pour half of the sauce over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve drizzled with the reserved sauce.
