Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Cut the chicken into strips.
- Sauté the Chicken: Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- Add Garlic & Veggies: Stir in minced garlic and veggies—bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Cook for about 3 minutes until bright and slightly tender.
- Create Your Sauce: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey (or brown sugar), and pepper. Pour over the chicken and veggies.
- Stir-Fry Away: Stir everything together for an additional 2 minutes until glossy and well combined.
- Serve & Enjoy: Transfer to plates and drizzle with extra sauce if desired. Pair with rice or noodles.
