Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sauté chicken until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic; cook until tender (about 3 minutes).
- Pour in chicken broth; let simmer for 2 minutes before stirring in heavy cream and thyme.
- Return chicken to the skillet; coat in sauce and simmer on low for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, drizzled with extra sauce from the pan.
