Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente (about 10-12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously for about 3 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in shredded cheddar until melted, then fold in diced ham.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing until well-coated with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra cheese or parsley if desired.
