- 1 cup full-fat sour cream

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles or rice for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add chopped onion and mushrooms; cook until soft, around 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture; stir well for about 2 minutes to eliminate the raw flour taste.
- Gradually add beef broth while stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Reduce heat to low; mix in sour cream until fully combined and creamy. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked egg noodles or rice, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
