Instructions

- In a bowl, whisk flour and baking soda; set aside.
- Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds onto baking sheets, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
