Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook jumbo pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat and mix in taco seasoning and salsa.
- Fill each shell with the meat mixture and arrange in the baking dish.
- Combine heavy cream and diced tomatoes in a saucepan; simmer until heated through.
- Pour sauce over stuffed shells, top with shredded cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
