- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the chicken thighs and pat dry.
- Combine black pepper and salt; rub this mixture over the chicken.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add seasoned chicken and cook for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F/74°C).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil; pour over the chicken.
- Let simmer for 2 minutes, then serve with remaining sauce drizzled on top.
