Ingredients
  

Potato Mixture
  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes Cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese For flavor
  • 1 large Egg Beaten
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs For coating
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  5. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat.
  6. Place the coated potato bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
